So someone snagged some shots under the hood of the RS at ccc even though they wouldn't let Jalopnik. Anyways looks to be a work in progress as the engine cover is boring and looks to be from an escape or something else.

What are we really hoping for anyways, some cool RS themed plastic? Modern engine bays are so boring.

I miss cool looking engines. The big Japanese companies in the 90s were great at it. In some cases you could tell what engine it was based on valve cover colors (assuming a poseur didn't swap out). Now they're just boring.

I have a focus SVT also it is hands down better looking than the st under the hood

yeah they likely stuck it on from the small Lincoln with the 2.3 as a stand in...this is still a preproduction car though
